Yes. That is Ice T starring in the Tri-Star film "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo." This movie is on my list of "What to Watch ALONE!." I swear this movie is all kinds of embarrassing but, shockingly, keeps you entertained for 1 hour and 34 minutes. The dance flick was made (before I was born) in 1984. It tells a story of a too-rich, white, classically-trained dancer volunteering at a community center for the under privileged.
